New Insights into the Mind and How to Keep It Healthy
Mental illnesses often develop at a young age, yet there is hardly any support available for adolescents. Here, you’ll learn how the Berlin-based Einstein Center for Youth Mental Health aims to change that. You’ll also discover when mindfulness in addiction treatment helps combat inner cravings and how stress, life experience, and genetics influence our mental well-being.
(1) Mental Illness in Adolescence: What Can Be Done? (Prof. Dr. Peter J. Uhlhaas)
(2) Does Mindfulness Help with Addiction? (Annika Rosenthal)
(3) Precision Psychiatry: Tracing Mental Health in the Brain (Ivo Ivov, Lea Waller)
