Fabian Prasser is a Professor of Medical Informatics at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH), as well as Scientific Director of the Medical Data Integration Center (MeDIC) of BIH and Charité. Together with his team, he works on solutions for integrating heterogeneous biomedical data and on privacy-preserving methods for their use in research. His work combines methodological research on data integration, research data management, and data privacy with the development of practical tools for medical research.
