Mental health challenges often begin during childhood and adolescence. Yet many young people do not know how to recognize warning signs, where to find help, or how to support friends who may be experiencing a crisis.
Through our school workshops, we create a safe space for education, open discussion, and prevention. We talk openly about mental health, provide information about available support services, and empower young people to look after themselves and others.

Mental health conditions are among the most common health challenges during adolescence. At the same time, uncertainty, stigma, and a lack of reliable information—or even misinformation—often prevent young people from seeking support at an early stage.
Our goal is to raise €400,000 to support the following activities:
