Florian Schlagenhauf is Heisenberg professor for “Reinforcement learning dysfunction in neuropsychiatric disorders” at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Campus Mitte of the Charité. He is medical head of the Early recognition and intervention center for psychosis Berlin-Brandenburg (FeTZ) and head of the research group Learning & Cognition. His group investigates basic learning and cognitive functions in psychiatric disorders with a focus on schizophrenia and addiction using behavioral learning and decision-making paradigms in combination with computational modelling and multimodal imaging (fMRI, EEG, PET).
